Mise en Place began as a Catering and Gourmet Carryout operation in 1986 and the Dewey and Berkley Beach Club are…shall we say … Mise en Place at the Beach. So we have always been about bringing food and drink to you in your setting. With ease and grace - we can cater in your home or office, a public building or beachfront home. We do it all from planning, and designing to wine pairing, cocktail crafting, cooking and carrying. We love every minute of it and creativity abounds. From a simple drop off catering, an elaborate dinner or expertly planned party - we can bring a coastal vibe and cuisine to you.
